Approach
What I architect
I design and ship local-first AI systems: a private assistant that streams from a home inference hive over a Cloudflare tunnel, a Node.js/Express gateway running local Ollama models with an autonomous, self-building backlog agent, and PropTech that connects property operations to modern tooling. Deep on the multifamily software stack (Yardi, RealPage, RentCafe), I build the bridge between operations and code.
