Approach

How I enable teams

I train the way an operator learns — hands-on, on the system, with the context of why it matters. I was selected to help develop the Yardi RentCafe platform for the southern region and then mentored teams post-rollout, built localized new-hire training, opened a new recruiting office, and delivered Fair Housing and compliance education. Today I run a Local AI Trainer app to teach practical model workflows.
